The new code is already available:

It'd be pretty helpful if you guys could give it a try. Even if it  
wasn't a huge change, it's been quite invasive so it might (or might  
not) have introduced regressions. Do not be worried though, both  
Antonio and I have put it already on production and everything is  
working smoothly.
