I have to agree that I think the person you talk to on the phone is who sets the pace 
for the experience you 
ultimately have with a particular vendor. But, of course, sending wrong or damaged 
parts, forgetting to ship an 
item, and inflated shipping prices is completely another matter. It all boils down to 
CUSTOMER SERVICE. I deal 
with the place that takes care of ME. So far, I am not really thrilled with anyone!

Right now there is an active thread going on in Team Chevelle message board about the 
service provided by 
Ground Up. I have used them a few times with mixed reviews. 

I think what we need is a page for Customer Service reviews for the different vendors 
of parts and supplies that 
we use for our cars. Maybe I'll ad one to my site if I can figure out how to set up a 
form and database.

Has anyone used The Paddock? I know they have been around for a long time, I used them 
when I was in high 
school for my first chevelle (1979).
