Parts that don't fit and the captions in the catalogs are a result of trying to
make a quick buck. These companies are just resellers. They don't care
what the products is, they just want to sell it for a profit. They don't test
it or even write the caption for it. I've seen captions that are exactly the
same as the caption in other catalogs and on the part manufacturor's web site.
They just want to move parts. A good reseller would sell what they feel to be
a good quality product. I for one wouldn't sell crap unless that's what I was
selling it as. If a company actually looking into the products they sold,
they would be more willing to back it up with a guarantee (which becomes
customer service).
I have used the Paddock and didn't have any trouble with them. The best thing
about them is when you are on hold, it's like a half hour commercial for them
and it has that funky echo for effect or something. "The Paddock, the leader in
to your door parts parts parts."
