In regards to the script - I was curius about that too
so I checked for holes but didn't find any.

PS: For what I have seen in forms of Canadian
documents the SS396 was avalible in Canada in 66.
However as I said before - GM nordic sold  SS models
based on the Malibu but sold as SS not Malibu SS.
