Some lower control arms have oval bushings in them. I can take a picture of the ones out of my car to show you, if you'd like. It'll be very obvious if you have them once the arms are out. Email me at [EMAIL PROTECTED] if you want a pic of an arm with oval bushings. As for recommendations, I'm real happy with my Energy Suspension poly bushings, although I do have a few squeak issues. Rebuilding the front end isn't hard at all. The hardest part is dealing with compressing the springs. It's the one part you'll want to make sure you have a friend helping out. Also, you'll probably save yourself a lot of frustation by having a machine shop press the old bushings out and the new ones in. It's not very expensive. I think I maybe paid $6 or $8 per bushing.
