Alright well first of all no it is a new distributor. I tested to see if the coil is getting power and it is. But i am not sure if it is putting out any power. And yes i did make sure it was hooked up right. Now you may say well it looks like you need a new super coil. Well I got a new one and it did the exact same thing as the old one so i took it back. Is there any way to test to see if the super coil is putting any power out. We tried several methods including leaving the lead wire in (that goes to the distributor from the coil) and putting a spark plug in the other end and there was no spark. So now be are back to the start with no spark you would say replace the coil right...well i did that and got the same results so i am stumped. Anyway the funny thing is it was running fine before but just died once after i cranked it up and let the rpms get too low before it was warmed up and wont crank back up and hasnt done so since. That was about 3 1/2 months ago. I am in college and only have limited time when i come home (which is not much) so now that school is out i have time to work on it. Well thanks for the advice and help and please keep it coming. Michael
