hey Michael,
i'm sure ya already checked, but if not pull the cap,and have somebody
crank it over for ya and make sure the rotor is turning, with that done,lay
your hands on a "test light", hook the lead of the test light up to a good
ground and the other end contact the NEG side of the coil and again have
them crank the motor. If the light flashes, that tells ya that the distrib
is not your prob, if it doesnt flash than something has gone south in your
distrib(pick-up,module,ect,ect)(or a prob in the msd box or wiring if your
run'n one) If it does flash, remove the coil wire from the dist cap and hold
it about 1/8 of an inch from a good ground and again crank it over, if ya
have spark look at the cap and rotor, if no spark, then its the coil wire or
the coil itself. Hope this helps, let me know what ya find
