Krister, I cleaned a clocked with rubbing alcohol. Dip a toothpick in it and place a drop on all the little holes where the wheels sit and work it by moving the wheels. Do this several times to clean all the dust and grime out. It worked for me. I got the idea from a magazine. Why not just get a quartz clock?
