Hi Richard,

I got it at a regular local hardware store. It was $6.05 (still on the cap)
for an eight ounce can about a year ago. The number on the UPC code is 79567
10068, and it also says "Item No. 10068" above the UPC code. It is a blue
spray can with a red top. The label says:

TAL
 5

A WD-40 Product
Extra Strength Lubricant
Resists breakdown from:
Corrosion
Friction
Temperature
Load
Motion

My guess is that any hardware store that carries WD-40 should be able to get
it for you if they don't already have it.

Good luck,
John Nasta

John, where did you find TAL-5. I never heard of it. I'll give it a try on
my dead clock and see if I can bring it back to life. Thanks
