I have a chance to get a Turbo Hydramatic 350 for my 64 Chevelle to be used with a 69 327 engine.
The trans has a shift kit in it already. Can anyone explain what the benefits of a shift kit are? Do I need to be concerned with this trans fitting my 64 and the 69 engine?
