The TH350 with your 69 ,SB 327 is a direct bolt in... The only Boo Ga Boo is the Column shift adjustment.. You can make the regular PG shifter work but your kind of lost regarding the shift indicator.. You can solve that problem @ " shiftworks.com "
As for the benefit of a High Performance mods done to the TH350 Not 100% sure what was done... But for sake of argument .. Think of a Automatic transmission as a big Hydraulic pump.. Which when you modify and UPS the operating Pressure. Then in a typical High Performance rebuild You my then can add heavy duty Clutch pack So your Th350 is not a SLUSH BOX.. ----- Original Message ----- From: "gm2" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Sent: Friday, October 10, 2003 11:15 AM Subject: [Chevelle-list] (no subject) > I have a chance to get a Turbo Hydramatic 350 for my 64 Chevelle to be used with a 69 327 engine. > > The trans has a shift kit in it already.
