I was thinking the same thing.  A rearend swap can be done in a day, and a front suspension can be done in a weekend, both of which should be a lot less work than chaning bodies from one chassis to another!

JD, It would take me less time to swap out a front and rear end than to do a body swap. I guess it is all in what you are after. Plus you would be messing with VIN's by body changing.

Hey Mike,

The reason I posed the question was that I have a 67 2 door hardtop Chevelle, that came with 10 bolt and drums and I have 2 67 elky's one that came with dual piston discs and 12
bolt, was just wondering if possibly I could take the body off of the hardtop and put it on
the Elky Chassis. Sure would save a whole lot of work!

                                                  Thanks
