F41 is a very rear option on a 69 Chevelle. I believe less then 800 cars had it installed from the factory. Looking at the lower control arms, they don't appear to be "boxed". I'm not suprised that my ' 69 doesn't have the F-41 Suspension. It's a bare bones car with hardly any options at all.
