Scott, It's really not that uncommon not to have the F41 option on a 69 SS. The standard suspension for the 69 Chevelle SS was the F40 suspension. The F41 wasn't part of the SS package in 69 it was however offered as an option in 69. In 70 the F41 became standard equipment with the SS package.
