Sorry about that, I was reading right through the "won't crank at all" part
All I can offer is that "back in the day" I used to throw a big cup of water
over the starter when it would heat sink. If that was the problem, the cup
of water was a good quick fix.
Definitely take a look at all of your electrical connections, especially the
main battery cables.

Thanks. I am definitely going to try that right away. I've seen cars crank
hard when hot because of timing, but this one doesn't crank at all. Seems
pretty extreme, especially since I'm running with stock pistons.
