Just curious but where did you read the complaints,Larry? Not discounting
your concerns at all but is there any header manufacturer that satifies
everyone? If so,please let me know because I'll be changing headers in the near
future. So far,the only ones I've seen that will give me the best ground
clearance and allow a manual transmission are the Sandersons. Hedman and Patriot
make intermediate headers that have good ground clearance but won't allow a
manual trans. Some people swear by Hooker or Hedman but from my experiences,I'm
not impressed at all. It seems that you really do get what you pay
for, especially when it comes to headers. Having said that,I may end up buying a
pair of Stainless Works full length units. They cost around $600-700 but
supposedly tuck up under the undercarriage very well.
