This stuff makes me nervous as hell. I wanted to look up previous owners...even posted about it a couple years ago. A few of the stories of cars being stolen after previous owners were contacted about it stopped me from pursuing them. I am curious that my car has a DUPLICATE VIN installed. It is noted on the title and is affixed inside the door jamb of the car. STOLEN? I checked the couple other spots adn found that the VIN matched the frame, firewall etc. wewww. Sure wouldn't want someone else to claim my car! Walt
