Pelle,
Get yourself some masking tape used by painters. The blue stuff made by
Scotch is what I used. Take the tape and tape off your fender edges and hood
edges. This way, you protect your paint job from chips and scratches as you
try to install the hood and move it around. The blue tape is designed to
peel off easy, and doesn't seem to leave any sticky stuff behind.
