You worry about stuff too much,Dan. Motor oil isn't like fine wine. <g> FWIW,oil is tested. Look on the label and it will tell you the spec. However,the small synthetic companies often don't submit theirs for testing because of the high cost of doing so. Oil in a sealed container will probably outlive you.
