I should have elaborated on this. If your tank has one or more vent tubes coming off of it, then it's the ECC version. My '69 has one vent line and was the ECC version.

If I recall, the ECC version has to do with the vent tubing that goes to the charcoal cannister under the hood. The wires you are talking about are the standard ones for all tanks and sending units.
