It looks like the  front bumper filler panel (aka valance panel) is supposed to be the  body color. Is that correct for 1970? That is correct, 30% gloss black.  The hood latch/release mechanism is supposed to be gray phosphate, but I just use Spray Gray for the natural look.   Tom
