It does
not go all the way down, the shaft is tapered. Tork it to 40 lbs and put the
cotter pin in. -----Original
Message----- I was
just trying to replace my front coil springs but ran into a snag when I couldnt
get the new lower ball joint stud to slide all the way through the hole in the
spindle. I recall having to use a ball joint seperator to get them apart
the first time. Is there a trick to getting it all the way down on the
stud so I can get the castle nut seated enough to get the pin back in?
Thanks for the help Ryan |
