Another vote for Phoenix transmissions.  They are in Weatherford (just west
of ft worth).   They can do you either a 700 or 200.

And yes, the side vents are a pain.   I didn't remove the whole dash, but I
loosened everything in order to get them out.    Believe there are 3 bolts
on top of dash at windshield, and then 4 on bottom.  One on each end, 1 near
steering column & one towards center.    I had to loosen them all.
