[Chevelle-list] Electrical ?

Could some one please tell me how the cow induction dampers work. It looks to 
me like there are two dampers. One outer and one inner. the outer is operated 
by a vacume line and the inner has an electrical connection but I dont know 
what color the wire is supposed to be. Where it feeds from and what sends the 
signal. And if someone  could send me a picture of their electrical damper and 
how it's connected I'd really appriciate it. Thank you. from Baltimore Bob
