That could very well be it. Mine is an after market harness and is more of a tan color. You should be able to check it by putting a test light or volt meter at the plug and pushing the switch by hand with the car running. The solenoid has a single pole taking ground from the chassis.

If it doesn't have it already you will need the bracket, the switch and a small harness that runs thru the firewall. The switch and bracket are the same as the one used as a kickdown on the TH400. The harness plugs into your fuse box and is easy to install. The hardest parts is putting the hole in the firewall with the engine in the compartment. One outer and one inner. the outer is operated by a vacume line and the inner has an electrical connection but I dont know what color the wire is supposed to be.
