I have always used the following formula and rounded down. 80 to .95 x CID x rpm Divided by 3456 The .80 to .95 is based on the efficiency of the engine. Use .80 for a stock motor and increase as you feel your motor approaches peak efficiency. I would also recommend a double pumper and not vacuum secondary.
