Cindy, that sounds so much like my Dicken's was.  He would watch a night light or the white door of the refigerator for hours,  light colored things like a white sneeker he could avoid but a black one he would run
into.  (This was a few months into his recovery - I had to teach him to walk first)     I suspect that time and
I do mean time may very well solve many of  his vision problems.   We have one step down into the mud room and laundry room,   and also one step down to the hallway that leads to the bedrooms.  I had a pillow on the floor for months as he just fell down the step, but finally one day he learned to go down, even off the couch and bed
with no problem.   He's almost 8 years old and still can not jump UP.

I love him so much that when I watch him try to play I cry for him. My husband let all the dogs out to play one day and I came home.. Something said "Drop everything go home:"  My little Joseph was in the fenced yard but couldn't find exactly where the step was so he was crying.. I came in here and tore into my hubby and said not to ever and I mean ever let him out by himself. He is a special needs pup and you can't treat him like a regular dog.. He would do great with a disabled person who was always home.. He is so sweet.. I am  home all the time but I have all my other guys so I just keep him a little closer to me.When it comes time to eat I make sure  he gets his share.
The others see the goodies so I take Joseph into the living room or I sit in the kitchen with all of them on the floor. This way I know Joe gets his share.   I think he can see shadows. I watch him on my computer and it is like he is watching what is happening when the screen changes. So we do lots of sitting together. .Cindy

Joseph, is a great dog.. He needs to be in a home where someone can spend all there time just loving him. Sometime it is hard having more then one or two  in our home but I usually keep Joseph with me more then I do the others.. In otherwords ,  he is very spoiled. Cindy   Oh , this pic was on Thanksgiving . After they had turkey, Joe got up on the plate like he was the turkey.. It was so cute.

I'm kind of new too. If there is  some-one  in the group that breeds ,I really haven't heard it.  I think  very-one here is ok . I made the mistake  when I was looking  for a group. This a breeders group witch was ok.  I just couldn't keep up with what they were talking about.

Not so much to talk to ,but I want to make sure that I am not the only breeder on this group.. I see everybody here loves their dogs and I want to make sure that I am not in the wrong spot. I don't need to be with breeders but I was wondering if their is any on this group. Cindy

No, I was just saying about the prices of the recuse. They had some for $450 and $500.  And the $450 was a mixed bred.  I don't have a site. Are you looking for chi breeders to talk to?

Cindy Andrilli <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote:

was surfing the net and noticed that www.nextdaypets.com has a few rescue chis listed for low price or free. Just thought some of you who were looking for a pet quality chi may be interested. :-)
