I have never even SEEN a dog park in my life, since I live in a rural area where dogs are free to roam. However, as far as cost go, wouldn't it be just a matter of putting chain link fence down a section of the park to divide it? I mean, I don't know if this is feasible or not since I have no familiarity with dog parks, but it seems to me it would be pretty easy and cheap to separate a portion for the safety and equality of the smaller breeds. The more difficult question, seems to me, would be where the cut off point would be to divide the smaller breeds from the larger breeds. Meaning, what breeds or size would go to which area?
