Welcome to the group! My name is Diane and I am owned by Roxy my 9 month old chi. I agree, you really need to talk to a vet that can help you with a payment plan asap. But as far as moral support I am here if you just want to talk! I of course am new to having a chi, but I am so excited I am a mother for the first time and record every moment of our lives together.
