I beleive they are a pair of grey harriers. They are huge and circle around and
roost on a huge poplar in the back yard. I woudl imagine my little chis look
tasty, and they could easily be carried off by one of these birds. Not only
that, but could fall from thier grip.... I shiver to think :( Chis are like
small children, they need lots of love, consistency, and constant supervision.
They should never be left outside alone. -- em :)

Small dogs should never be left alone outside. I have a big hawk that sits in a
tree and eyes my little chis, I never let them out of my sight, ever! They are
to small to protect themselves against anything... -- em :)

We had a litter of Bassets this past fall.Just got a call from one of the
buyers saying someone stole their female pup from their back yard!I am
devastated and of course so are they.A neighbor witnessed it and called the
police but did not get any description of the car of plates.Honestly I don't
think she will ever see her again but she is doing everything she can to get
her back.So very very sad.Our female has been spayed...I don't deal well with
selling pups (sigh) Cindy Lynn
