Ahh I am so frustrated. I hate this state, I am not from here, the military put us here and its is a backwards state. We don't have an SPCA, there are not state law about how old a puppy has to be before it can be sold, I talked to a guy in the city enforcement, well I should have just talked to a wall. How could you work in the city in the animal care division and not even know the laws that you are suppose to be governing. I don't get it. So I called Oklahoma City, I got well call the sheriffs department, they should be able to go check out where she is breeding, so I guess that is my next step. So I have not gotten very far, since there is a foot of snow on the ground I figured today was better then any to start on this little quest of mine. I wonder how you go about getting a state law put into effect? Hmm that might be my next thing. So on to the sheriff's dept. This should be good, they are going to think I am an idiot.
On a high note, GERTY HAS PUPPY BREATH!!! I am so excited. She is being a little pig and eating more and more everyday.
