Actually I don't think its the pee and poop they are worried about. I think 
it is the dog hair in peoples food (at my house its a condiment) and fleas. I 
would die if I found hair and fleas in my food at a resturaunt, and I have 7 
dogs. Also at what weight do you allow in? If you can bring in a 4 lb Chihuahua 
is it unfair not to be able to bring in an 80 lb lab or rotty? There has to be 
rules that fit everybody or someone will scream prejudist (sp?). Not everyone 
keeps their dogs clean either (although some people are dirtier). I have seen 
some dogs so dirty and very smelly that I would not pet them.
