I hope he gets better soon with the antibiotic. But if nothing happens don't be 
afraid to consider surgery as this is a very simple one. Good luck!

Oh, I whisked Roul off to the vet first thing. He was the one that gave us the 
antibiotic drops to try for 5 days before we considered surgery. The vet said 
it is rare, but the drops do clear up cherry eye on occasion.

-That's an everted 3rd eyelid and surgery can correct the problem. It 
makes his/her eye dry because part of their tears are segregated there. 
You should take her/him to the vet. It is not an expensive surgery.
