I would suggest that you start by confining her to a small area and
giving her access to the puppy pad/paper all day along with just enough
space to sleep, eat and drink. Move the food as far away from the pad
as possible.
As for the biting is she just play biting or just being excited as you
said? If so I would follow each episode with a swift no and then put
her down ignoring her until she settles down somewhat. Try to keep
things as calm as possible. I've had to resort to tapping them on the
nose along with the NO also.
