Hi Em, I wish I could just block it off but my DH wouldn't allow it. It will have to be a gate because our yard is laid out and fenced in such a way that you can't get from the front yard to the back except by going out one driveway and in the other. He uses the second driveway to take his lawn tractor out and into the front yard, it is also used frequently to get the boat in and out of the back yard, and for overflow parking on weekends when our kids all come over. Fencing isn't too expensive, but when a gate is involved the posts have to be anchored more securely and the gate itself runs a lot more money. I'm hoping to save some money over the winter so I can get someone in to do it first thing in the spring. My little babys won't be going outside much anymore this year anyway since they hate the cold, rain, snow, etc. (I'm in Michigan). Denise

I spend $50 and bought garden fencing and blocked my chis from running down the drive. It was the best $50 I ever spent and I was able to put the fencing in with my 11 year old daughter :-) -- em " Lets talk about our wonderful little friends! Join today! " Yahoo!
