Didn't you say the other day that he is 11 months old?? This age is the equivalent of the human teenage years. If you have or had teens, you understand what that means!! lol. He is testing his boundaries...rebelling so to speak. He will come back around, but just as with our human teens, we have a responsibility to our fur "teens" to discipline and direct proper behavior. When he does not come when called or plays the "tag" game at inappropriate times, you need to get him and immediately discipline him with time out. It isn't a time to hold him or verbally correct him....it is a time to place him in solitary confinement so to speak, lol. But make it short...more than 5 minutes later he probably will not remember what he did. Let him know it isn't a game and you are in charge. It will simply take time and discipline to get through this stage..... Marsha

The reason I can't leave him unattended is because he chews and eats everything he finds in the yard, pieces of wood, pecans, leaves, etc. I have even taken a screw out of his mouth. The other day he vomited and it was the nastiest patty of black and brown stuff. I also worry that he will eat poop from the critters that may visit the back yard, I live across the street from a creek and we have coons, possums, rats, snakes, and no telling what else, plus my neighbors all have cats that love to visit my yard to stalk the birds at the bird bath.
