To get him to come again try to get a toy ore a treat hi likes and try to get him to come to the toy ore the treat.Also try to get a long leash ore a long robe call him and pull him to you slowly.Also call him to you in the house a lot when hi comes give him love.Wood and anything els tell him no in a sharp tone ore take him on the leash and work him were hi gets the wood if hi picks it up a sharp no and then give him a peas of dogfood . He no longer will come when I call him AND he has taken to eating pieces of wood (branches) which are all over the yard, since it is tree covered. The other problem is that he will eat pecans, shell and all (the squirrels carry them from yard to yard and everyone has at least one pecan tree). I am constantly having to fish them out of his mouth and yesterday, his razor sharp teeth, cut my finger. I have gotten small sharp little pieces of wood out of his mouth and some not so small, I am scared that he is going to get an obstruction or even puncture an intestine. I have just about decided, I am going to buy another corral (the plastic fencing from Petsmart) like I have inside and set it up outside. I hate doing it because he takes great joy in running/flying all over the back yard and the corral would limit the amount of exercise he gets. Any ideas?
