I totally agree!  I do know that there is no such
thing as a teacup chi but the smaller ones are very
fragile.  I have a 3 lb. chi who has epilepsy,
allergies to just about everything and by 3 years old,
already had a pin in her leg!  I also had a friend who
had a 1.5 lb chi fully grown who had a massive heart
attack and died at 2 years old. (very sad)  The small,
small ones exist but in my opinion, they just need to
be in extra caring hands, not around children or
larger dogs and someone who is ready for alot of vet
visits and alot of $$$.
