I HAD THIS PROBLEM WITH MINE, YOU CAN GET A BELLY BAND, OR YOU CAN USE THE KENNEL METHOD. WHEN YOU TAKE HIM OUT, IF HE WON'T GO, THEM PUT HIM IN HIS KENNEL. REPEAT THIS METHOD UNTIL HE GOES. WHEN HE GOES GIVE HIM LOTS OF PRAISE, AND NO KENNEL. REPEAT UNTIL HE LEARNS OUTSIDE TO POTTY IS A GOOD THING. ALSO, KEEP HIS AREA SMALL ( MEAN NOT FULL RUN OF THE HOUSE) THIS WAY YOU CAN KEEP AN EYE ON HIM.
