I would get a second opinion.. And their is no reason they cant give her
pain medication.. I was just reading a book about geriatric cats. And they
said that they could use fentanyl pain patches for pain. So if they can use
them on cats they should be able to use on chi's too. 

Don't give up to soon.. I know she is your baby

Thank you all for helping.
I got some bad news today.
They said that my girl has a very big tumor and breast cancer, and the tumor
could be causing her not to wee.
They think that it is affecting her in pain (not alot but enough) and as she
is 14years old they cant opperate.
I have to make the desicion. I just feel so bad., but i dont want her to
suffer. 
its hard to tell if shes in pain though.
please help
