Sharon, I too use Nutri-Cal whenever Nitro gets "off schedule" and doesn't eat well. One little pencil eraser sized blob of it and he's ready to eat!
I have the Nutri-Cal in my "doggie bag" that goes everywhere that Nitro does. Seems that when we're not home and following his schedule, he gets too busy to eat. I use it then too!!
