Thanks Pat...I had some Nutri-Cal...but I checked...I gave it to my sister...one of her pugs was sick and I gave it to her...the poor little guy passed away since then...he was an old guy. Thanks for your input...everyone is telling me the same thing :)...So I'll get more Nutri-Cal. I just wanted to ask people who have had to deal with the problem...instead of reading about what you should do...don't get me wrong...I DID read up on it...but wanted some advice from people with first hand experience~~~Thanks~~~Sharon ----- Original Message ----- From: blindlady08 To: [email protected] Sent: Monday, November 24, 2008 8:03 AM Subject: [Chihuahuas] Re: Low blood sugar
Sharon, I too use Nutri-Cal whenever Nitro gets "off schedule" and doesn't eat well. One little pencil eraser sized blob of it and he's ready to eat! I have the Nutri-Cal in my "doggie bag" that goes everywhere that Nitro does. Seems that when we're not home and following his schedule, he gets too busy to eat. I use it then too!!
