First of all, please let me offer my condolences for the loss of your beloved 
little one.  But........call the police.  You have witnesses.  And you have the 
name of the driver because they keep a route list and times on deliveries.  
PLEASE call the police and tell them what you told us.  Of course you are 
supposed to have your dog on a leash when outside, but that does NOT give 
anyone the right to run over your pup. Also, if you run over a pup in New 
Jersey, you must stop.  So please call the police.
