I am sooo sorry for your loss. My thoughts are with you in this time of
need. There are three things you need to do. First off I do agree 1000%
you need to call the police. Also as hard as it may be take photos, lots
and lots of photos. You will also need to contact the company. Depending
on what state you live in the leash law does not always apply to your
own property. Also no matter what, the delivery is guilty of animal cruelty.
