Oh, Mare... I am SO sorry this happened!!!! YOU BET I would place a complaint! In fact, I have placed a complaint with UPS in regards to a driver of theirs who darn near ran me down while I was on my horse's back. There was nowhere for me to go as I already was on the side of the road. I couldn't believe it, as I cannot believe what your Fed Ex driver did.
It makes me MAD all over again hearing what happened. Please do call and complain. They will know who the driver was, even if you don't!!
