I would. It sounds as if he didn't really try not to hit him. a few years ago the ups man hit our black lab and broke his leg. I heard the guy put on his brakes. I didn't file any charges because I think he tried to stop but he didn't even stop and say anything. I was in the back room and hadn't realized anyone came up until I heard him slam on his brakes. As far as that driver knew no one could have been home to find the dog for hours. He ended up having to have his leg amputated. I'm so sorry. It's not right he can just get away with something like that. Betty
