I agree Deanna. I'm only 32, but I know exactly where my kids would go if
something happened to me. I don't feel any differently about them than I would
human kids who would obviously need a place to go upon my absence. I think it's
important to always think about what you would do if the worst were to happen,
but otherwise enjoy life to the fullest. If another Chi makes sense in her life
with all things considered.......fabulous!

Except for one thing!!!! To the dog you are still dead and gone. Dead and gone
is still dead and gone no matter your age or situation. Provide after care for
any animal you own iregaurdless of your age...provide the best care possible
for
every animal you own while you have them whether it's 1or 30. Know your own
limits whatever they may be and make good decisions for yourself...not for
others. There is no way anyone on this list or any other can make a blanket
judgement call on what number is too many for someone. Make that call for
yourself. And I promise...with all my heart...that I won't judge you for having
just one LOL!

Deanna

Well I don't agree on that. When you are 90 you know for sure your pup will
propably outlive you. So you need to take steps to get your dog safe after your
death. Not everyone has that chance. When you are younger you often die
unexpectetly that is in my eyes quite a difference.
