I just sold a pup last week that was 5 months old. That is rare, but with everything going on, I hadn't had a chance to advertise. So it made 5 months before I sold it. WAY to old to put off housebreaking, but I had not attempted to housebreak it for the same reason I hadn't been able to advertise it. (this summer between grandma's death, moms fire and everything else, I was in a fog) The new owner has called me several times and has told me he is doing great on housebreaking. Has had only one accident in the house and never fails to go potty when she takes him out. So it has worked well for us, even at this advanced age. But normally I would not let one get this old without attempting some form of housebreaking. Marsha
