As an update, walked Pecos again Tuesday for two miles along with his stablemate. This was more of a stroll since my better half came with us and his knees, back, ankles, et al., are in rough shape. Still, wish he could join us more often. We talked during the day and Pecos was his usual self. No signs of swelling or discomfort in his joints or pads. When I got home and started to get the dogs' walking accoutrements together, Pecos began dancing in circles so took that as a signal to bring him out with Mixer and I again. Who'd a thunk a Chihuahua could go the distance! Still looking for guidance.
