They're cagey little devils. Believe mine was starting to get tired Monday when he stopped coming when I called. This was a problem because I'm walking him on a bike trail. There's not a lot of traffic, we're way out in the country, but it just takes one bike. He'd stand right in the middle of the oncoming traffic lane and just look at them. When I'd walk over to pick him up, he'd scoot off. Everyone was great about it. Think seeing a Chihuahua out for a walk was something of a novelty. And around here, most folks aren't that familiar with the breed. His long hair makes people guess he's a Papillion. He's leggy and barrel-chested at 10 months with a tail and mane in full bloom.
